Who We Are
ar998 is an English-language online betting and live casino reference platform built specifically for Pakistani users. We exist to make the world of online betting clearer, safer and more accessible — from Karachi to Peshawar, Lahore to Multan.
Our Story
Pakistan has one of the most passionate sports-following cultures in the world. Cricket is not just a game here — it is woven into the daily rhythm of life, from impromptu gully matches in Rawalpindi to the electric atmosphere of PSL nights in Lahore and Karachi. Football, kabaddi, UFC and esports are also rapidly growing in popularity among younger Pakistani audiences who grew up digital-first.
Despite this passion, accessible, trustworthy and well-organised English-language information about online betting platforms was hard to find for Pakistani users. Content was often poorly translated, riddled with unclear terms, or failed to account for the realities of using Pakistani payment methods like Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast alongside conventional bank transfers from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah.
ar998 was built to fill that gap. Our team set out to create a platform that speaks to Pakistani users in clear, professional English — covering cricket betting markets, live casino guides, payment method references, responsible gambling information and transparent platform reviews in a single, consistently designed destination.
We are not affiliated with any government body, sports league or payment provider. ar998 is an independent informational and entertainment reference platform. Our purpose is to inform and educate — not to pressure or coerce users into any financial decision.
Identified a clear need for a dedicated English-language betting reference resource for Pakistan's growing digital audience. Initial research covered user needs across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.
Published our first cricket betting guides covering PSL T20 market types, ICC tournament betting and in-play wagering concepts. Introduced PKR-native display across all content.
Expanded coverage to live dealer casino, slot game categories, crash games and esports betting — reflecting the broader interests of younger Pakistani users engaging with online entertainment platforms.
Embedded responsible gambling information, KYC guides, self-exclusion explanations and age-gating notices throughout the platform, making safe-play messaging an integral part of the ar998 identity.
What Drives Us
Everything ar998 does is guided by a small set of core values. These are not marketing slogans — they are the practical commitments that shape how we write, what we publish and how we treat our users.
We present betting information clearly and honestly. When discussing welcome offers, wagering requirements or withdrawal rules, we label illustrative examples as exactly that — examples. We never dress up uncertain information as guaranteed fact.
From PKR currency display and Pakistan time zone alignment to cricket market explanations and references to Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast — every content decision is made with Pakistani users across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar in mind.
Responsible gambling messaging is embedded throughout ar998 — not tucked away in a single footer disclaimer. We believe that platforms serving Pakistani users have a genuine duty to surface age restrictions, self-exclusion tools and problem-gambling resources prominently and consistently.
We take the privacy of our users seriously. ar998 does not sell personal data to third parties for advertising purposes. KYC guidance is always directed toward secure, HTTPS-verified channels — we never advise users to share sensitive documents through unencrypted chat or email.
Pakistan is a mobile-first internet market. ar998 is designed to load fast, read clearly and navigate intuitively on the Android and iOS devices that Pakistani users rely on daily — whether on high-speed fibre in Islamabad or 4G connections in Multan and Faisalabad.
We do not fabricate licensing claims, invent awards or guarantee outcomes. When we describe VIP tier perks, bonus structures or RTP percentages, we clearly mark illustrative examples as such. Our credibility depends on being accurate, not on sounding impressive.

Our editorial scope spans sports betting, casino games, payment methods, responsible gambling and account management — all written in professional, natural English with Pakistani local context built in.

Coverage of live dealer games — Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Blackjack — plus slot game categories, RTP concepts and crash game formats.

How We Operate
ar998 operates as an independent informational platform. Our editorial team follows a set of clear principles that govern how content is researched, written, reviewed and published. These principles exist to protect our readers — Pakistani users who deserve accurate, unbiased information about online betting.
We do not accept undisclosed sponsorships that compromise editorial integrity, and we do not fabricate regulatory claims, fake user reviews or inflated bonus promises. What you read on ar998 is written to help you make more informed decisions — not to push you toward any particular action.
Any PKR figures, wagering requirements, VIP tier thresholds or RTP percentages used in content are clearly marked as illustrative examples only — never presented as guaranteed current live values.
ar998 does not invent or exaggerate licensing credentials. We do not claim that online gambling is licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. Users are responsible for verifying applicable local law.
References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah appear as familiar context only. We do not claim that any of these providers endorse, support or partner with any gambling operator unless such a relationship is formally verified and publicly confirmed.
Age restriction notices, self-exclusion reminders and responsible-play messaging are integrated into content — not buried. We believe this reflects genuine care for Pakistani users, particularly younger audiences engaging with online entertainment for the first time.
ar998 is an English-language site. All visible content — from headings and paragraphs to button labels and form placeholders — is written in natural, professional English suited for Pakistani readers. Urdu may be described as a support language option but the platform itself remains in English.
Safe Play Commitment
ar998 believes that access to clear, honest responsible-gambling information is as important as any betting guide. Here is what that commitment looks like in practice across our platform.
Online gambling platforms are strictly for adults aged 18 and above — or the higher minimum required by the operator or license jurisdiction. ar998 displays this notice prominently across all pages.
We explain how self-exclusion tools work — allowing users to voluntarily block themselves from a platform for a set period or permanently. We encourage users to use these tools without hesitation if gambling stops feeling fun.
Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 places legal restrictions on gambling activities. ar998 does not provide legal advice, but we remind all users that it is their personal responsibility to understand and comply with applicable local law before engaging with any betting platform.
If gambling is causing stress, financial harm or relationship problems, professional help is available. Visit our Responsible Gambling page for guidance on accessing support resources.
